Laeceum is a London-based financial services advisory and consulting boutique serving corporates, family offices/entrepreneurs, financial sponsors and fintechs.
Laeceum was founded with a mission to invert the traditional advisory and consulting model and to redress the historical risk/reward mismatch between client and advisor. We believe clients deserve better.
Each Laeceum client and situation is treated as if it were our first. Our impact is lasting and tangible long after we leave. That's why we're confident in a success fee model for everything we do.

Laeceum provides strategic advice to financial institutions, financial sponsors, fintechs and family offices & entrepreneurs in four main areas: Advisory; Corporate Strategy; Corporate Development; Strategic R&A.
We focus exclusively on the financial services sector and choose our work carefully to ensure lasting impact with the right clients.
Our model allows us to provide both turnkey packages where speed and budget are key as well as bespoke services where requirements are nuanced.

THE FOUNDER
With a two decade career in financial services as both client and adviser, Ravi Chauhan launched Laeceum with a mission to challenge the advisory and consulting status-quo with a new model. One that places the client's best interests at the heart of everything backed by the promise of an entirely success fee driven business model.
